The ultimate goal for Serafina Beach Hotel was to create elevated social content that was able to drive direct bookings for the newly opened hotel and create a loyal social audience by experience-driven storytelling.

Developed overall brand playbook for the client and internal teams that identified the look-and-feel, tone of voice, color and font usage, etc., for the brand and other future marketing efforts. Developed monthly social media post decks and created all social assets. Identified and worked with a variety of influencers for takeovers and other collaboration agreements. Launched social advertisements across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Community management of all social media platforms.

Since taking over in May of 2018, the brand saw an increase of +139% in Facebook sessions, +34% in Instagram sessions, +15,000% in Instagram Story sessions, +88% in Twitter sessions. They also saw an increase of +185% in new users, a lowered bounce rate.
