I helped shape Gansevoort Turks + Caicos’ social presence into one that balanced elevated luxury with aspirational lifestyle storytelling. Through social-first content and creative direction, we developed a distinct voice and visual identity that allowed the property to stand apart from other Gansevoort locations while still feeling cohesive to the broader brand experience.

Developed overall brand playbook for the client and internal teams that identified the look-and-feel, tone of voice, color and font usage, etc., for the brand and other future marketing efforts. Developed monthly social media post decks and created all social assets. Identified and worked with a variety of influencers for takeovers and other collaboration agreements. Launched social advertisements across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. Community management of all social media platforms.
After taking over the social accounts and adjusting and updating the social strategy, the brand saw +300% in engagements and +267% in follower growth across all social platforms compared to the previous quarter (and similar results quarter over quarter).
